Job Description:
As a Cold Caller for our commercial cleaning company, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential business clients, introducing them to our comprehensive range of cleaning services, and generating leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle rejection positively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make approximately 45 outbound calls per hour.
- Introduce our commercial cleaning services effectively.
- Engage with prospects in various industries and identify their cleaning needs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes achieved, and follow-ups required.
- Meet daily quotas while maintaining quality interactions.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and phone access.
