Our 7-figure health and wellness e-commerce brand is seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional support to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email. In the future we are looking to implement phone support as well.
- Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately according to SOPs.
- Track and locate packages to ensure timely delivery.
- Make changes to orders as per customer requests.
- Collaborate with your supervisor to address complex issues, improve processes and follow our company SOP's.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Exceptional proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of success in a customer service role, preferably in e-commerce.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to think critically for themselves!
- Demonstrated professionalism and sense of urgency in addressing customer needs.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Freshdesk, Shopify, Slack, Google Docs, and Sheets.
