Overview
I’m seeking a dedicated professional to enhance and grow the value of brand-new domains by improving their SEO metrics, backlink profiles, and overall online presence. Additionally, you must have experience creating websites and landing pages, particularly using WordPress, to ensure each domain has a solid foundation for traffic growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Advanced SEO & Link Building
o Secure high-authority backlinks (DR/DA 50+) and execute in-depth competitive analysis.
o Meet a target of 300–500 monthly visitors (as verified in Google Analytics) within an agreed timeframe.
2. Website & Landing Page Creation
o Build or manage simple WordPress-based sites or landing pages to showcase the domain’s potential.
o Ensure a professional layout, optimized loading speed, and mobile responsiveness.
3. Meta Tag Optimization
o Implement and optimize title tags, meta descriptions, and other on-page elements to boost search engine visibility.
4. Monitoring & Reporting
o Provide regular progress reports on domain authority, traffic growth, and backlink profiles.
o Suggest improvements or pivots if benchmarks aren’t being met.

Required Tools & Proficiencies
Please indicate your skill level (beginner, intermediate, advanced) and active subscriptions or accounts for each:
• WordPress (essential: theme customization, plugin management, basic HTML/CSS)
• Ahrefs / Moz / SEMrush
• SpamZilla
• Google Analytics / Search Console

Payment & Performance Incentives
• Per-Domain Fee: Negotiable based on scope and complexity.
• Performance Bonuses: For achieving DR/DA or monthly organic traffic benchmarks in a set timeframe.

• This is an ongoing relationship, as we regularly acquire new domains and need consistent support in building their authority.
• We are open to negotiation on payment terms and timelines—your expertise will help us set fair yet challenging benchmarks.
