Outbound Sales Representative

About Us:
Wealth Factory is a fast-growing company that helps business owners and people learn about managing their money. We’re looking for a friendly and motivated person to join our team as an Outbound Sales Representative. You will help set up appointments for our Inside Sales team by calling people who are already interested in our programs.

Your Role:
As an Outbound Sales Representative, your job is to call warm leads (people who have already downloaded a guide or purchased a product) and set up appointments for our Inside Sales team. You will follow a simple script to talk to people, figure out if they’re ready to talk more, and then set up appointments. You will need to make at least 80 calls every day.

Typical Day:

Make at least 80 calls to warm leads each day using a proven script.
Talk to people, follow the script, and decide if they are ready for an appointment.
Set appointments for our Inside Sales team and keep track of your calls and appointments using our CRM (HubSpot).
Follow up with people to confirm the appointments and make sure they show up.
Work with the Sales team to make sure all leads are passed smoothly.
Skills & Qualifications:

Good at talking to people on the phone and sounding friendly and professional.
Able to follow a script and ask the right questions.
Motivated to do your best and earn rewards for your hard work.
Previous experience with sales or calling people
