We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. The role involves outbound calling to existing clients, some cold calling, and managing email correspondence for quote proposals. Strong English communication and translation skills are essential, as you will be interacting with a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to current clients and cold call potential clients to promote our services.
• Translate and communicate effectively with clients whose primary language may not be English.
• Draft and send professional email proposals and follow-ups.
• Understand client needs and tailor product recommendations accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in outbound sales or customer service.
