JOB OVERVIEW

9:00am - 6:00pm Monday through Friday. Saturdays when required.

Organize and plan project tasks and schedules with the direction of your Project Manager.

Submitting stipulations requested by finance.

Completion documents to finance.

Completion certificate.

Updating the calendars and setting appointments and expectations.

Ordering Materials and scheduling of delivery of materials to site.

Read and review plans and specifications for upcoming projects.

Requesting, setting, scheduling precise inspections and updating that communication via email for co staff and via phone for homeowners.

Filing leans.

Requesting COI’s.

Responsible for projects from start to finish, and assist with managing the project as needed until it is completed.

Communicate with clients/homeowners, sales team, production, and construction crews to meet project requirements.

Track and report on project performance, analyzing the successful completion of both short-term and long-term goals.

Documenting, tracking, and escalating issues as necessary. Preparing work orders.

Quoting, invoicing, & submitting finance applications.

Providing administrative support to the Project Managers including preparing reports, and handling correspondences, among others.

Managing contracts, responding to emails, ordering quick measures

Collecting and ensuring payments are received.

QuickBooks

Order permits and city finals for each project with the city or notifying the permit tech via email of the task when online ordering is not permitted.

Updating the CRM when the contract is received, any addendums, and any work order changes. & notifying all parties of such changes.

Always include all communication done via email into the file of the CRM so that all are always able to see status updates. Onboarding subcontractors.
