Email Designer for Ecom (Part-time with Growth Potential)

Are you an experienced email designer with a passion for e-commerce? I’m looking for someone with a strong design background who works in Figma and understands what makes email designs effective for high CTRs and sales.

What I’m Looking For:

- Experience in e-commerce email design: From newsletters to flows, you should know the ins and outs of creating visually appealing and high-performing emails.

- Figma expertise: All designs will be created in Figma.

- A balance of creativity and structure: While I have specific methods and systems, I value your creative input and new ideas.

- Strong English communication skills: To avoid any misunderstandings, clear communication is essential.

- Open to instructions and feedback: This is a collaborative role, and I want someone willing to learn and adapt while bringing their expertise.

About the Role:

I’m transitioning from being an email marketing freelancer to building an email marketing agency. Initially, this role will be per hour based with the potential to grow into a full-time position if we work well together and the business scales.

For now, you’ll be assisting with new client projects starting February 1st, and the workload will grow over time.
