About Us
The Nomad Escape provides retreats and masterminds for entrepreneurs, digital nomads, and remote workers. We’re looking for a Go High-Level Expert to join our team and help us build, optimize, and integrate evergreen funnels, streamline our systems, and enhance our website functionality.

This role is key to scaling our business, improving operational efficiency, and aligning with our growing sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Funnel Development & Optimization
- Build and optimize evergreen funnels, including:
- Webinar Funnel: Educate, nurture leads, and drive conversions.
- Free Opt-In Funnel: Grow our email list and database.
-Appointment-Setting Funnel: Streamline sales processes and support the team in closing deals.
-Design and implement strategic call-to-action (CTA) placements to improve conversions.
-Create dedicated landing pages for events and services with SEO optimization and social proof integration.

Platform Integration
-Consolidate tools and integrate systems like CRM, email marketing, and ad platforms for seamless functionality.
-Set up and migrate assets from ThriveCart and ActiveCampaign into Go High Level.
-Align workflows for ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook and YouTube) to connect directly with funnels.

Website Enhancements
-Expand lead magnets and optimize opt-in opportunities across the WordPress site.
-Suggest and implement improvements to maximize conversions and embed Go High-Level forms.

Team Enablement
-Collaborate with team members (designers, developers, sales, and ads teams) to ensure alignment.
-Build SOPs to empower the sales team to manage and close leads effectively.

Discovery, Implementation, and Optimization
-Audit existing systems, identify gaps, and prioritize improvements.
-Develop and implement funnels and automation tools.
-Monitor performance, adjust for optimization, and train the team on new systems.

What to Expect
-Round 1: If your application matches our needs, you’ll be invited for an interview within 30 days.
-Round 2: Selected candidates will receive a test project to showcase their skills, with a $10 stipend for the task.
-Round 3: Successful candidates will start with a few hours a week during a 1-month test period to onboard and assess fit.
-Round 4: If we’re both satisfied after the test period, we’ll sign a contract for 3 months, with potential extensions to 6 and 12 months.
