Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement: Respond promptly to engaged leads, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing.
Outbound Calling: Conduct up to 50 calls daily to prospective leads with the goal of scheduling meetings or demos.
Inbound Opportunity Management: Oversee and manage all inbound leads, ensuring they are appropriately qualified and directed through the sales pipeline.
CRM Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and current information.
Inbox Management: Touch base with engaged leads and old leads in 5 minutes or less.
Calendar Coordination: Organize and coordinate sales team calendars to optimize meeting schedules and ensure timely follow-ups.
Process Improvement: Continuously refine sales processes, re-engage dormant leads, and drive business opportunities for clients.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with case studies.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools. (Apollo, Airtable, Slack, Smartlead/Email Bison, Gmail, ChatGPT/Claude, Google Suite, and Clay)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Limited accent when speaking English.
Ability to work long, smart and hard, not two of the three.
High presentation and persuasion skills
Self-motivated high agency person with a commitment to excellence that takes pride in their work.

Necessary Skills:
Experience in the selling large ticket services
Understanding of persuasive and conversational writing
Organized and high agency person that is able to self direct to achieve high performance across simple metrics.
Extreme ownership, owns mistakes, addresses issues with other tea
