SALARY
- 18,000 PHP per month

JOB POSITION
- Copywriting VA

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and draft responses to online reviews received on Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, etc.
(We have a platform these all funnel through to in one place, very easy to use and stay on top of. Review response time is 24-48 hours. To start, Client will review all proposed replies closely and send feedback. Eventually, these will be done independently.)
- Project managing creative requests sent from clients, and submitting to our client’s project management tools
- Independently developing copy and content for websites, email campaigns, collateral, etc. 
- Managing organic social media (Facebook and Instagram) for one client
- Assisting with weekly reporting for two clients, and monthly for a few others
- Assisting on an overhaul of one client’s website, following the new brand guidelines, tone, etc., and writing new copy for the new website, layering SEO and keywords throughout
- Assist with admin tasks related to invoicing, call scheduling, and proposal decks
- Create event listings in a platform called Way, for a few clients 
- Review email campaigns and help manage image selection layouts for upcoming campaigns 
- Develop content for ad hoc new web pages 
- Help with some LinkedIn posts for the business’s account
- Likely join some calls to listen in and take notes, or be aware of decisions being discussed.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3-4 years of social media and marketing experience
- 5+ years of copywriting (in English) experience = mastery in copywriting is required
- Understanding of SEO and social media marketing is required
- Experience in hospitality, in hotels or resorts, in some shape or form is a plus but not required
- Some design skills to create reels or graphics for social media. Skills in basic graphic design in Canva or a similar platform for ads or collateral is great, but not required.


WORK HOURS AND SCHEDULE:
- Part-time (88 hours per month)
- Eastern Standard Time

SALARY:
- 18,000 PHP per month

PAYMENT METHOD:
- Local Funds Transfer

PAYMENT FREQUENCY:
- Every 5th and 20th of the month
