To keep operations running smoothly, we’re looking for a virtual administrative partner to handle the backend and customer service while our team focuses on serving customers in the field.
What You’ll Do
CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS: Answer inbound calls, respond to
SCHEDULING & DISPATCHING: Schedule jobs, confirm appointments, and dispatch teams with optimized routes.
SALES SUPPORT: Create and send quotes for small jobs, process invoices, collect payments, and contact past clients to generate repeat business.
CRM MANAGEMENT: Keep CRM (JobberCRM) updated with accurate client and job details.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: Conduct “happy calls” to confirm client satisfaction and request reviews.
MARKETING SUPPORT: Use provided ChatGPT prompts to post to social media platforms and blog posts, and keep Google My Business profiles updated.
ORGANIZING BACKEND OPERATIONS: Establish and manage systems for internal projects and processes, keeping the business organized and on track for growth.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANCE: Keep the business owner on track with time management, action item follow-ups, and travel planning.
HIRING ASSISTANCE: Assist with hiring by writing and posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding tasks.
Compensation & Benefits
HOURS: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST with daily morning check-ins and end-of-day reports.
COMPENSATION: $4-$5 per hour, based on experience.
NOTE: This is a voice role answering inbound calls throughout the day. You must have a quiet work environment and a reliable internet connection. Noise-cancelling headphones will be provided if needed.
