We’re looking for a skilled Appointment Setter to join our team and help us convert prospects into loyal customers.
If you know how to structure conversations that build trust, create value, and naturally lead to a sale without sounding too “salesy,” we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Engage in conversations with prospects for 2–4 hours daily to generate consistent appointments and sales.
• Work with accounts that collectively have a reach of 1.8 million followers, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand’s value.
• Drive prospects from a Free Community filled with high-value content into our Paid Community, contributing to the growth of both.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: You must have prior experience as an appointment setter or in a similar role. Please provide example chat transcripts showcasing how you’ve structured conversations to convert leads into customers.
• Commitment: This is not a short-term project. We’re looking for someone who’s interested in a long-term collaboration and truly dedicated to helping us grow.
• Skills: Strong conversational skills, the ability to engage with prospects authentically, and a strategic mindset to drive conversions.

Compensation:

• Fixed payment structure (details discussed during the hiring process).
• Flexible workload, requiring 2–4 hours daily of focused communication.
