Good People LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Tea
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and market available rental units to attract prospective tenants.
Conduct property tours, showcasing features and benefits to potential tenants.
Build strong relationships with leads, guiding them through the rental process from inquiry to lease signing.
Respond promptly to inquiries via
Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects, tenants, and property listings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns for available units.
Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants to achieve optimal occupancy.
Prepare and process lease agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or real estate.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Knowledge of rental processes and real estate regulations is a plus.
Proficient in using CRM systems like Go High Level,
Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, consistently proactive and eager to learn.
