-Master Reporting: Our top priority is finding someone who excels at tracking and reporting. You should confidently communicate what’s being tested, why it’s being tested, and what results were achieved—clear, concise reporting is key.
-Own the Process: This role isn’t just about plugging things into Ads Manager. You’ll lead the entire ad process—from strategy to tracking, testing, and refining.
Key Responsibilities:
1.) Campaign Setup & Strategy
-Launch and manage ad campaigns using Meta Business Suite and CRM systems.
-Implement ad creatives (videos, headlines, hooks, lead forms).
-Develop and execute testing strategies for offers, angles, and creatives.
2.) Performance Tracking & Reporting
-Update daily ad trackers for real-time insights.
-Deliver weekly reports summarizing tests, results, and next steps.
-Identify performance issues and propose actionable solutions.
3.) Creative Coordination
-Request high-performing assets from the creative team.
-Define requirements to optimize campaigns (scripts, banners, etc.).
4.) Beyond Ads Management
-Collaborate with Client Success Managers to align ad strategies with client goals.

Pay & Trial Period:
Pay Range: $12–$14/hour.
Trial Period: 30 days then transitioned to either part-time (20 hrs) or full-time (40 hrs) afterwards.
Hours: Flexible schedule—as long as tasks, reporting, and performance goals are met.
