Virtual Personal Assistant to UK based Property Developer

Location: Remote

Job Type: Part-time (flexible)

About Us:
An entrepreneurial Property Developer with multiple business interests seeks a proactive and organized Virtual Personal Assistant to support in both professional and personal capacities. Our primary business involves buying houses i the UK, sub-dividing and refurbishing to a high standard prior to renting them out to prospective tenants.

Job Description:
As a Virtual Personal Assistant (PA), you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our property developer, ensuring efficient management of both work-related tasks and personal commitments. Your role will be pivotal in streamlining operations, enhancing productivity, and allowing the developer to focus on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Administrative Support:**
- Manage the developer's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Anticipate meeting clashes any foresee any appointments which may not be practically scheduled
(for example where travel time has not accounted for)
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations related to property projects. Extensive online filing with meticulous accuracy
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring high importance communications are not missed.

2. **Project Management:**
- Assist in coordinating property development projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Liaise with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and project updates.

3. **Personal Assistance:**
- Organize personal appointments, travel, and events, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Manage household-related tasks, such as bill payments, maintenance coordination, and personal shopping.

4. **Research and Reporting:**
- Conduct market research on property trends, investment opportunities, and competitor analysis.
- Prepare summaries and reports to assist with decision-making.

5. **Communication and Coordination:**
- Serve as a point of contact between the developer and various suppliers, clients, and external partners. This will require excellent written and spoken English
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders and maintain confidentiality.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace,) and project management tools (Asana or Trello highly desirable).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
