Monday - Friday : 9am - 1pm

In this Influencer Marketing Virtual Assistant role you will work closely with the Head of Partnerships and you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth collaboration with influencers & content creators which includes

1. Email Outreach:
Contact aligned content creators and influencers from a pre-determined list.
Craft friendly and personalised outreach emails and follow-up communications.

2. Booking Coordination:
Negotiate deliverables.
Schedule influencer stays.

3. Pre-Arrival Check-ins:
Ensure influencers receive all necessary details about their stay.
Confirm arrangements with influencers prior to their stay.
Address any last-minute questions or concerns to ensure a seamless experience.

4. Post-Stay Deliverable Management:
Check-in with influencer post-stay
Ensure all agreed deliverables are met (e.g., social posts, stories, content)
