Virtual Assistant / Shopify All-Rounder

Looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant / Shopify All-Rounder to complement an existing VA working on a growing luxury home goods eCommerce store serving the United States marketplace and customers. You will be proficient in the following:
- Customer Service support for customer calls between 9am - 5pm EST;
- Chat support (we use Chatra and have automations set up for some of our better performing brands);
- Email support during your working hours;
- Product Listing / Upload of products to Shopify (video standard operating procedures will be provided);
- Placing orders with suppliers;
- Communicating with installation companies via their web portals;
- Blog post creation, "how to choose" guides etc.;
- Product/supplier research when not doing the above tasks; and
- Adhoc items relating to operational management of a Shopify eCommerce store.

You will have exceptional customer service experience as well as considerable experience with product uploading (with an emphasis on accuracy and consistency across the niche/product category).

Our initial requirement is for 30 hours per week with a view to increase to 40 hours per week in the next 10 - 12 weeks (potential for this to occur sooner).
