JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a Personal Executive Assistant to help me manage my virtual office. This involves specific skills in email inbox management, customer service, appointment scheduling, and data entry.

You will be doing a variety of tasks, many of which I will either create tutorials for you, share tutorials I’ve made for past VAs, or link to other examples for you to learn from. You will be required to write responses/send attachments on your own and get approval.

Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English is REQUIRED
Experience in customer service is REQUIRED
Experience with email outreach software is not required, but recommended (Instantly, Mailshake, or similar)
Additional skill sets in graphic design, video editing, web scraping, etc. are not required, but are a plus and will be utilized if you have them.
Work hours for inbox tasks MUST be within U.S. Eastern time weekday business hours (9 AM to 5 PM)
Work hours for non time sensitive tasks are flexible

Pay: Between $150-$200 USD per week

You Will Be:

Replying to email inbox conversations. This can consist of providing info, answering questions, handling customer service needs, etc.
Scheduling sales calls, confirmed engagements, and other appointments in my calendar
Sending sales proposals after my calls with leads, determining which materials to send based on my post call reports
Keeping track of leads via Excel spreadsheets and following up with them on a weekly basis until their decision is made
Creating invoices and performance agreements for confirmed clients

To keep my customer pipeline flowing, I'll name markets and geographic regions I'd like my business to enter. You'd then look up business name, contact name, and email addresses of contacts for that market/region and input them into a Excel sheet.
Data from above will be used to regularly run email marketing campaigns on Instantly using sales copy I provide
Am open to utilizing your supplemental skills in areas that can be helpful (social media, accounting, graphic design, copywriting, etc.)

There's plenty of room for learning new skills

But it's important that you have clear English writing skills

About me:

I'm a professional magician, public speaker, and autism/disability rights advocate based in Louisville, KY, USA. My magic shows and talks are presented mostly in person to clients throughout the country. This position in my company has existed for five years and I’ve also made separate one off hires in graphic design, video editing, and web scraping. Anyone I’ve hired can attest to our warm, working relationship, my open mindedness to their input, and how I take their efforts and put them to good use. I want my relationship w/ any VA to be a two way street.
