Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Google Ads Specialist)

Job Overview:
We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) specializing in Google Ads to join our team. As a Google Ads Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns for our exclusive gym owner clientele. Your ability to set up and execute campaigns from start to finish, with a focus on delivering accurate training and actionable data insights, will be crucial to the success of our clients’ advertising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Setup & Management:
Create, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns tailored to the fitness industry.
Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to ensure campaign success.
Write compelling ad copy and select engaging creatives aligned with client goals.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Set up accurate tracking using Google Analytics, conversion tags, and other relevant tools.
Monitor campaign performance, ensuring KPIs such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI are met.
Provide clear and actionable data reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Optimization & Scaling:
Continuously test and optimize campaigns for improved performance.
Adjust bids, refine targeting, and test new strategies to achieve maximum client ROI.
Implement A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad strategies.

Client Collaboration:
Communicate directly with gym owners to understand their advertising goals and requirements.
Provide ongoing recommendations and updates to keep clients informed and aligned with campaign progress.

Training Documentation:
Develop and maintain clear training materials, tutorials, and documentation to support internal processes and client understanding of campaign metrics.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in Google Ads campaign setup, management, and optimization.
Strong understanding of fitness/gym industry marketing trends and challenges.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills:
Experience working with gym owners or the fitness industry.
Familiarity with landing page creation and optimization tools (e.g., ClickFunnels, Unbounce, Go High Level).
Knowledge of CRM platforms and how they integrate with Google Ads.
Certification in Google Ads (e.g., Search, Display, or Analytics).
