Responsibilities:
Phone Sales & Customer Communication:
Answer customer inquiries about our services, including pricing, availability, and service details.
Schedule free estimates and consultations for potential clients.
Follow up with leads to close sales and answer any questions.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout their service experience.
Handle client complaints or issues and escalate as needed, ensuring they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Contractor Communication:
Coordinate with subcontractors to schedule jobs, ensuring they are informed of the client's needs and job specifications.
Ensure subcontractors are arriving on time and performing jobs according to quality standards.
Communicate any special requests or changes in schedule with subcontractors and clients.
Follow up with subcontractors to confirm job completion and ensure all tasks are completed to the client’s satisfaction.
Task & Schedule Management:
Organize schedules for both clients and subcontractors.
Track and manage customer service schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
Update Go High Level (or equivalent CRM) with all client details, service dates, and notes.
Administrative & Miscellaneous Tasks:
Send follow-up
Provide the management team with regular updates on service status, customer feedback, and any issues that arise.
Handle invoicing and payment-related inquiries from clients.
Requirements:
Fluent in English with exceptional speaking and writing skills (this is the most important qualification).
Proven experience in customer service, phone sales, or virtual assistant roles.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules.
Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools like Go High Level (CRM), Google Drive, and other software used for task management and communication.
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Experience with phone sales and understanding how to close deals over the phone is preferred.
Attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for phone calls.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the landscaping or lawn care industry is a plus.
Experience using Go High Level or similar CRM tools is a plus.
