We are a small business that requires the services of an experienced Ecommerce Customer Service Representative.
The primary role of this position will be to manage customer inquiries including order tracking, order related issues/inquiries, returns, refunds, and sales support as needed.
Experience managing and tracking orders in Shopify, Zendesk, and multiple vendor portals is essential.
Starting pay is $800/month USD with monthly bonus opportunities available following initial 30 day trial period.
If you do not have direct experience utilizing Zendesk or a similar solution, working US business hours, or managing orders within Shopify please DO NOT APPLY for this position. We will know very quickly if you do not.
Additionally, all applicants MUST be available to take phone calls from customers between the hours of 8a - 5p CST. This is not negotiable!
Employment will start with a one month trial period to test your suitability with opportunities to grow earnings with successful completion of trial period.
