The Role
As our Full Stack Developer, you’ll design and build various internal applications—some of which may later go public if they prove successful in-house. Your primary focus will be embracing AI-driven development, using tools like Cursor, Replit, Windsurf, and other emerging technologies that can elevate our capabilities. You’ll collaborate directly with the CEO and a small but growing team already dabbling in low-code automations and basic AI coding.

Key Responsibilities
• Build & Maintain Apps: Develop scalable internal applications, CRMs, and AI analyses that streamline workflows and boost productivity.
• AI Integration: Utilize cutting-edge AI coding tools to 10x your development speed and adapt to an ever-evolving tech landscape.
• Collaborative Planning: Work closely with the CEO, operations team, and other stakeholders to translate high-level visions into practical coding solutions.
• Team Leadership: Guide junior staff or outsourced help when needed, ensuring projects stay on track and meet quality standards.
• Process Optimization: Identify efficiency gaps, propose AI-driven strategies, and implement custom solutions that support our global insurance operations.

• AI Enthusiast: Comfortable with or eager to learn AI coding tools like Kerser, RepWindsurf, etc. Must believe in the transformative power of AI.
• Vision Translator: Able to understand and reflect the CEO’s vision in code, balancing user experience with business goals.
• Strong Communicator: Will collaborate with both tech-savvy and non-technical team members. Clear, concise communication is crucial.
• Team Player: Willing to guide junior developers or collaborate with outsourced specialists to accelerate projects.
• Problem Solver: Excited about innovating, finding creative workarounds, and adapting to evolving challenges.
