We are looking for a versatile and highly organized Success Coach (Account Manager + Project Manager) to join our remote team. In this hybrid role, you will manage client relationships, oversee project deliverables, and ensure our clients’ goals are achieved. Key Responsibilities:
Client Success Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
Conduct regular check-ins to assess client progress, provide guidance, and address concerns.
Proactively identify opportunities to add value and help clients achieve their goals.
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
Project Management:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee client projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client goals.
Develop and manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
Communicate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables.
Identify potential roadblocks, resolve challenges, and keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and analyze client success metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular updates to clients, including progress reports and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with the team to improve processes and ensure optimal client experiences.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in a client-facing role such as Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar.
Experience as a coach or formal training in coaching methodologies is strongly preferred.
Strong project management skills with experience using project management tools.
Experience in coordinating and delivering client-focused solutions in a timely manner.
Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address client needs.
Familiarity with key performance metrics (KPIs) and the ability to present results effectively.
Soft Skills:
Empathetic and client-focused with a passion for helping others succeed.
Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated in a remote work environment.
Requirements:
Availability to work full-time during UK or US business hours.
