We are a leading video editing company focused on creating dynamic content for YouTube, social media, corporate videos, and real estate.

We're currently seeking an exceptionally detail-oriented Go High Level (GHL) Specialist to help us complete our CRM setup and automation processes.

Outcomes of the Job:
You will work with the team to:

-Build and refine workflows, automations, and pipelines in Go High Level (GHL).
-Integrate Meta Ads into GHL for seamless lead tracking and campaign optimization.
-Set up tools like Zapier, Slack, and Google Drive for efficient collaboration.
-Create lead nurturing sequences and appointment booking processes.
-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth platform functionality.
-Collaborate with our team to align GHL processes with our business goals.
-Any other tasks as required.

I am looking for someone amazing to work with me long-term. If you are looking for the same old, same old, then this won't be for you. We are currently building our team for CRM setup and process optimization. This will start as gig employment, but if things go well, we will be looking to move to part-time and full-time employment.

Role Requirements:

-A passion for CRM systems and automation, with a portfolio to showcase your work.
-Proficiency in Go High Level (GHL), Meta Ads integration, and tools like Zapier, Slack, Google Drive, and Trello.
-Ability to create professional workflows, automations, pipelines, and integrations.
-Must enjoy working remotely with MINIMAL hand-holding.
-Fluent in English for both written communications and phone/meetings.
-Prior experience with a Western company (USA, Australia, UK, etc.).
-Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Proactive problem solver who can find solutions independently rather than ask questions.
-Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Role Duties Include:

This is currently a gig role, and if things go well after the gig, we will be looking to immediately move to part-time and full-time roles (around 40 Hours per week) with more hours as necessary.
Commitment to providing the highest level of support quickly without fuss.
These may be irregular hours (such as US).
