We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cold Caller - Appointment Setter to join our team and help us connect with small and medium-sized business owners. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. You will play a critical role in driving our growth by generating leads and building relationships with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and present our value proposition in a professional and persuasive manner.
Identify key decision-makers within target businesses and secure appointments for our sales team.
Maintain a high call volume while ensuring quality interactions with prospects.
Handle objections effectively and confidently, adapting to various customer concerns.
Update CRM tools or call logs to track leads, follow-ups, and outcomes accurately.
Conduct light research on target businesses to tailor conversations to their industry-specific needs.
Requirements:
English Proficiency: Must have a C2 level of English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Skills: Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
Tech/AI Understanding: Familiarity with basic technology and AI concepts to articulate our services clearly. (You don’t need to be a developer, but you should understand what automations and AI solutions can do for businesses.)
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, persuasive ability, and resilience to handle rejection professionally.
Equipment: Must have a reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection for calling.
