We're searching for a Customer Happiness Hero to become the friendly face (or voice!) of our company. You'll be the go-to person for our amazing customers, answering their questions, resolving their concerns, and ensuring they have a positive experience every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
Become a Customer Champion:
Be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their inquiries with empathy and enthusiasm.
Masterfully guide customers through the order process, keeping them informed every step of the way.
Resolve customer issues, whether it's a delayed shipment or a tricky order.
Day-to-Day Duties:
Manage customer backorders and provide timely updates.
Respond to customer inquiries via
Collaborate with the order processing team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Assist with order cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
Monitor order status and proactively address any potential issues.
Must-Have Skills:
Communication Whiz: You're a master of written and verbal communication, able to explain things clearly and concisely.
Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable navigating different software platforms and can quickly learn new systems.
Problem-Solving Ninja: You love a challenge and can think on your feet to find the best solutions for our customers.
Customer-Centric: You genuinely care about making our customers happy and go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction.
