JOB OVERVIEW

Xeniastays must be kept at 5-star-rent ready to be successful on the market, and the communications lead will be responsible for ensuring teams work together to reach that goal, and remain there consistently.
It’s crucial for our communications lead to possess the skills to analyze and resolve problems quickly, while under pressure, creating win-win solutions, while developing preventative strategies, as possible.
The candidate must have the necessary skills to analyze data related to the position, prepare reports, and update teams and leadership, on a regular basis.
Flexibility is a must, along with a commitment for doing what it takes to get the job done. Communications lead will be responsible for working with cleaning team, our maintenance team, operations team, and tending to more complicated matters and emergencies/urgent matters, as they arise.


Responsibilities

- Proven track record in digital marketing, social media management, email campaigns, or content creation to expand brand.

- Tech Savvy, proficient in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or marketing CRM platforms.

- Content creation. Skilled in designing eye-catching visuals and writing persuasive captions for Xenia's social media.

- Capable of managing/creating multiple marketing projects and meeting deadlines.

- Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, including trends and analytics.

- Respond to guest inquiries and manage reservations through various online platforms such as Airbnb, Guesty, and VRBO.

- Coordinate with housekeeping, Xeniastays Team, and maintenance teams to ensure timely turnover of rental properties.

- Manage payment processing and ensure timely collection of rental fees and create monthly P&L accounting reports

- Provide guests with detailed information about the rental properties and surrounding areas.

- Respond to guest complaints and concerns and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Conduct research on the vacation rental market and competition to inform pricing and marketing strategies.

- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and expenses.

- Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay to ensure a seamless experience.

- Respond to guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- Provide guests with helpful information about the property, local area, and activities.

- Offer personalized recommendations to enhance their stay and encourage positive reviews.

- Strong collaboration with a willingness to align efforts with the business goals.

- Create guest communications that build loyalty and encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

- IQ Test, Disc Test Required, and English Test of C2

- At least 2 years of experience working for Airbnb and as a virtual assistant for a previous vacation rental company.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and previous experience building SOP’s.

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Guesty, Slack, Monday.com, Airbnb, Google Suite, and various online booking platforms, email Management, Lead Generation/LinkedIn.

- Knowledge of the vacation rental industry is a plus.

- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: From $200 to start during training to $550 a month depending on experience
