SEO Content Specialist & City Launcher

Hellamaid, one of Canada’s top-rated cleaning services, is on the lookout for an experienced SEO specialist who can build city pages from the ground up while hunting down high-quality local backlinks to fuel our expansion across Canada and the U.S.

We've tried hiring content writers in the past, but we’ve learned that what truly drives results is a hands-on SEO expert who understands both content strategy and link acquisition.

What You’ll Do:
1. Build City Pages That Rank
- Create high-quality, optimized content for city/service pages from scratch (we use Elementor page builder). This is not a requirement as me and my designer usually build the pages, but this is open if you wish to partake.
- Implement smart interlinking strategies and optimize all on-page elements (meta titles, headers, image alt text, etc.).
- Ensure pages reflect local intent and incorporate Hellamaid’s unique value propositions.

2. Hunt Down High-Quality Local Links
- Identify and secure authoritative local backlinks through outreach and relationship-building.
- Get Hellamaid listed on key directories, local blogs, and community sites to boost rankings.
- Use creative link acquisition tactics that align with Google’s guidelines.

3. Execute and Improve Our SEO Strategy
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to uncover growth opportunities.
- Analyze competitors and adapt strategies to stay ahead.
- Continuously test and refine on-page and off-page tactics to maximize organic traffic.

4. Track, Measure, and Optimize
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Search Console to track rankings and content performance.
- Make data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates and visibility.

5. Collaborate and Lead
- Work alongside our CEO and designer to execute a winning SEO strategy.
- Stay on top of SEO trends and bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Help shape the future of Hellamaid’s online growth in new markets.
