JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote/Work from Anywhere
Job Type: Part Time with Potential full time
Shift: 2 days a week 8 hours per day (needs to be flexible)

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role requires experience in the insurance industry, preferably with National Life Group, but experience with other insurance companies is also welcome. You will assist in managing and streamlining tasks essential to the smooth operation of our insurance business.

Key Responsibilities:

Policy Management and Client Support:
-Assist with client intake forms and ensure all details are accurately documented.
-Handle policy follow-ups and resolve client issues, particularly related to policy transfers.
-Address and troubleshoot commission payout discrepancies.
-Research and recommend solutions for client-specific insurance concerns.
-Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients to ensure a seamless experience.

Administrative Support:
-Schedule events, appointments, and meetings for the insurance team.
-Prepare and maintain reports and documents for insurance policies and payouts.
-Organize and file important client and business documentation.
-Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the insurance industry.

Communication and Coordination:
-Liaise with key stakeholders and team members to ensure smooth operations.
-Provide support in resolving escalated client concerns and inquiries.

Special Projects:
-Assist with tasks related to Turo or other ongoing business initiatives as required.
-Offer input on process improvement to help the business grow efficiently.

Ideal Candidate:
-Experience: Proven experience in the insurance industry, particularly with policy management, client relations, and commission payouts. Familiarity with National Life Group is a plus.
