SR Media LLC is a South Florida-based real estate media company specializing in high-quality photography, videography, aerials, virtual tours, floor plans, and other premium media services for real estate professionals. We operate in a highly competitive market, where exceptional quality and creativity set us apart. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative Virtual Assistant / Video Editor to support our business. This role requires a versatile "do-it-all" star with strong video editing skills and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition:

Research and compile a database of realtors, brokers, real estate agencies, builders, commercial property owners, and designers in South Florida.
Organize contact information for outreach campaigns.
Assist in drafting and sending email campaigns or conducting outreach.
Track outreach efforts and provide weekly updates.
Social Media Management:

Create and schedule engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Develop eye-catching posts, reels, and stories to increase engagement.
Edit videos to a high professional standard that aligns with our brand style.
Research trending topics and strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Administrative Support:

Manage client bookings and schedules.
Respond to inquiries and forward leads to the owner as necessary.
Maintain an organized content calendar and assist in keeping the company portfolio updated.
Organize business records and schedule appointments as needed.
Qualifications

Required Skills:

Strong video editing skills with a creative and professional approach.
Ability to design engaging and visually appealing social media content.
Excellent organizational and research skills.
Strong written and spoken English communication for professional interactions.
Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new tools and methods.
Preferred Skills:

Experience working in real estate media, marketing, or a similar field.
Knowledge of content strategy for social media platforms.
Compensation & Benefits

Starting Rate: $3/hour, 4 hours per day.
Growth Opportunities: As SR Media LLC grows, this role has the potential to evolve into a more senior position, such as Lead Virtual Assistant, with increased responsibilities and pay.
Performance Bonuses: Additional bonuses for outstanding contributions that drive results.
Work Schedule

Part-time: 4 hours per day, with a flexible schedule.
Some overlapping hours between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST are required for collaboration.
