ABOUT THE JOB:
Accounting solutionZ is looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team and ensure the financial health and compliance of our organization.

ABOUT THE TEAM:
Hi, we are Andy and Kathy and we're partners at Accounting solutionZ! Our firm is a cloud-based financial accounting firm that focuses on keeping our client's books clean, organized, and up to date on a monthly basis.

What we look for:
- Someone who has 7 years of Accounting & Bookkeeping experience
- Someone who has 7 years of QuickBooks & Excel experience
- Someone who has 5 years of Management Experience
- Someone who has 5 years of Leadership Experience
- Someone who has 5 years of experience working in a US company/business
- Someone who has strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Someone who has excellent analytical, leadership, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication
- Full-time availability (50+ hours per week)
- Monday to Friday, Saturday & Sunday if needed
- Capable of working from 7am CST (8/9pm PST) onwards
- Accounting solutionZ must be the ONLY work commitment


Equipment Minimum Requirements:
- Computer/Laptop with dual monitor
- Windows 11 Pro
- SSD & 128 storage
- Intel Core i5 or equivalent
- 8GB RAM
- 20mbps internet speed & backup


Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Strategic financial planning and decision-making
- Financial analysis & reporting
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Being the key contact person for the client
- Communicating with clients through email and calls regarding financials and other concerns
- Full onboarding of new clients
- Initial discovery of new clients
- Overseeing the entire accounting team
- Training and mentoring accountants and bookkeepers
- Managing projects
- Being available for the client & for your team
- Acting as backup support for the Senior Accountant if assistance is needed
- Implementing internal processes and systems


Pay & Benefits: (PH)
- $15 per hour (Depending on experience)
- After 3 months of probationary:
> Plus up to $1 on hourly rate (Depends on performance)
> Plus 25% on the hourly rate for OT (After 40 hours/ week)
> 30 minutes daily paid break
> 30 paid days off (Yearly & prorated)
> 10 paid holidays off(Yearly)
> 50 paid maternity days off/20 paid paternity days off
> HMO covered at 100%
> Quarterly bonuses (At the company's discretion)
> Annual Increase
