JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Cold Calling Team Manager to oversee and manage our team of cold callers in the Philippines. This person will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the cold calling team, driving the project forward, managing the CRM system, and coordinating with staff to ensure seamless execution of booked meetings.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled in managing remote teams while maintaining a focus on achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the cold calling team, ensuring they meet performance targets.
• Manage and maintain the CRM system, including inputting data, tracking progress, and generating reports.
• Assign leads to cold callers and monitor their progress on outreach efforts.
• Ensure booked meetings are properly scheduled and communicate with the sales team when meetings are set.
• Provide support, coaching, and feedback to the cold calling team to improve their performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the cold callers, addressing their concerns and ensuring motivation.
• Collaborate with management to align the team’s efforts with business objectives.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular updates to the leadership team.

Requirements:
• Proven experience managing remote teams, preferably in sales, cold calling, or telemarketing.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Knowledge of sales processes and cold calling best practices is a plus.
