JOB OVERVIEW

The virtual assistant and media consultant will manage ALL social media and marketing for the company.
Key tasks include posting on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with specific instructions on growing Facebook friends and using Meta Business Suite for cross-posting. Ongoing email marketing, newsletters, etc. using a Gmail account for sending promotional emails to past clients. Weekly reports and insights are to be sent to owner via Excel Spreadsheet. Tasks include conducting initial phone screenings and reference checks for job applicants using an 8x8 phone system and document response. Additionally, the Virtual Assistant will create social media content, including graphics and potential TikTok videos, and align with our company preferences with proactive suggestions.

Action Items
- Post content on ' Facebook profile, Facebook page, and LinkedIn 3 times per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
- Send marketing emails to customer list ongoing.
- Create graphics and designs using Canva for social media posts.
- Access our affiliates software and websites, which include Well Proz and Olympia Pharmaceuticals, to gather information for marketing. Consult with business owner for new innovative
- Conduct initial phone screenings for job applicants using the 8x8 phone system and the provided questionnaires. Conduct reference checks with provided questionnaires.
- Send weekly insights and updates to wellcarenp@gmail.com
- Update website as needed.
