JOB OVERVIEW

STEAMAWAY AND FACILITEC SOUTHWEST are currently seeking a Blue-Collar Virtual Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing entry-level pressure washing technicians. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities:
• Utilize various recruiting channels (Indeed, HireBus, etc.) to source qualified candidates.
• Screen applicants through interviews and assessments to evaluate their skills and suitability for the role.
• Coordinate with Human Resources and other Hiring Managers to schedule final in-person or video interviews.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities for compliance.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process as the Recruiter is the first person the candidate meets from the Company and there is not a second chance at making a positive good impression!

Requirements:
• Previous 1 to 2 years of recent experience in recruitment or talent acquisition required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with virtual recruitment tools and platforms.
• A passion for helping individuals launch their careers.
• Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams a plus!

Pay: $5.00 – 6.50 depending on experience

Work Schedule: Permanent. Work at your convenience for 30 hours a week from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 3 PM Central Time.
