Job Description:
We’re seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to support our clients in marketing automation, project management, and creative tasks. If you’re highly organized, experienced with marketing tools, and eager to improve workflows, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation: Manage and optimize platforms like ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, ConvertKit, and Zapier. Handle backend setup, email automation, and minor tweaks .
Project Management: Oversee timelines and deliverables for client projects. Provide reminders and support to ensure deadlines are met.
Customer Service: Maintain professional, prompt communication with clients. Escalate and troubleshoot client issues when needed.
Creative Support: Create basic graphic designs using Canva and AI tools for content generation.
Video Management: Perform administrative tasks such as uploading lessons for client courses.
Process Improvement: Document and refine workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in marketing automation platforms ( ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel ) is a must.
Experience in project management and client communication.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva proficiency preferred).
Knowledge of AI tools for content generation and troubleshooting.

Tools You Will Use:
Marketing Automation: ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Zapier.
Communication: Slack.
Design: Canva.
Content Generation: AI tools.

Working Hours:
Part-Time (10 am-2 pm EST).
Graveyard Shift.

Preferred Traits:
Tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a remote work environment.

Non-Negotiables:
A screenshot and productivity tracker are required.
Graveyard shift schedule.
