Our ideal candidate is a team-spirited, proactive and entrepreneurial minded individual who doesn't shy away from going the extra mile. You carry a good track record from past cold calling / appointment setting via phone.

As a Rockstar Cold Caller at our lead generation agency based in APAC, your primary responsibility is to drive success for our clients by initiating meaningful interactions with their target audience.

You and the team will engage in multichannel outbound campaigns where your focus will be to cold call prospects on behalf of clients to nurture relationships and set appointments.

Your role involves:
- Conducting thorough market research to understand target audiences and industries.
- Leveraging your in-depth product/service knowledge to confidently address inquiries and objections.
- Actively listening to prospects, asking relevant questions, and building rapport.
- Utilising exceptional communication skills to convey messages effectively.
- Efficiently managing time to make a high volume of calls while ensuring quality interactions.
- Handling objections effectively to keep conversations progressing.
- Guiding conversations to obtain meetings with prospects
- Nurturing leads through consistent and timely follow-ups.

What you bring:
- 2+ years of experience as a Cold Caller
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with cold calling or outbound sales processes
- Experience using CRM systems, dialers, email tools, and lead generation software
- Go getter attitude with a proactive mindset to always "wow" the portfolio of clients you will manage
- Self-starter and autonomous
