We are a thriving Dutch e-commerce company specializing in dropshipping fulfillment, currently active in the UK and Ireland, with plans to expand into other markets soon. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Virtual Assistant to join our team for the long term, growing personally and professionally alongside us.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism.
- Report on refunds and complaints.
- Respond to customer
- Contribute to documentation and improve support processes.
- Ensure all customer inquiries are addressed accurately and within a 24-hour timeframe.
Required Skills & Must-Have Platform Knowledge:
- Google Mail
- Shopify (eCommerce platform)
- DeepL (for translation)
- ChatGPT (for crafting fast & professional

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Support.
- Organized, motivated, and eager to learn and grow with the company.
- Availability for weekly team calls.
- Available to start immediately.
- Able to commit to managing 125
- Not currently employed in another full-time job.
