JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full-time CSR / Dispatcher to join our growing team.

You Will Be Working On:
- Handling incoming calls, inquiries and emails for plumbing, electrical and water damage restoration services.
- Scheduling service appointments and dispatching technicians according skills and service locations.
- Providing customer support
- Handling billing and payment collection
- Making outbound and cold calls
- Documentation & Record Keeping
- Providing support and communication with the team and technicians.

Skills Required:
- Native level of English.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a CSR.
- Proven experience as a CSR and dispatcher in a similar service company in the USA (e.g., plumbing, HVAC, garage doors, cleaning).
- Excellent time management.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong attention to details.
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.

Pay:
TBD: Attractive hourly rate based on experience + effective weekly bonus structure. Pay will depend on your skill level and the qualifications of other applicants. Strong potential to make more than hourly rate on bonuses.
