About the role:
Prolific You’s
I’m talking about testing:
- LLA
- Creatives
- Analysing hook rates and hold rates
- And all the nerdy data stuff that gets clients the highest quality of leads they’ll ever get.
You'll work alongside our team of GOAT’s (Greatest of all timers), which contains a video editor, graphic designer, web developer and a digital strategist to ensure the client gets everything they need to get quality leads.
Your job will be to work within your team to plan and implement campaigns based on the clients goals that have been set.

Your day-to-day in this role will have you:
Account Builds and Management:
- Set up, manage, and
- Ensure campaigns are structured strategically to meet client objectives and deliver measurable results.
Optimising Paid Ads Campaigns:
- Analyse and optimise existing Meta Ads accounts to boost performance and drive conversions.
- Set up and track conversion data using
- Fine-tune campaigns, constantly looking for opportunities to increase conversions and ROI.
- Understanding when to A/B test audiences, interests, creatives and copy that will help the client get better types of leads.
Collaborating with the Team:
- Work alongside the creative team to ensure ads are aligned with broader marketing strategies.
- Provide feedback on creative elements to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team by offering strategic suggestions that will help close new deals.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Create and manage accurate UTM parameters for tracking campaign performance, ensuring every lead is traceable to its source.
- Analyse campaign data to tell a clear story, identify patterns, and create actionable plans to improve results.
- Use insights to make data-driven decisions, ensuring campaigns are continuously optimised for performance.
- Compile and deliver reports that highlight key metrics, changes, and results achieved, providing transparency to clients and the team.
Staying Ahead of the Game:
- Keep up-to-date with Meta’s ever-evolving advertising landscape and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Be proactive in suggesting new strategies that could benefit our clients.
