Local SEO Expert & Strategic Planner for Home Services (WordPress Specialist)

My client has an established HVAC dedicated to providing top-quality solutions. We’re looking for a results-driven SEO expert and strategic planner with a proven track record of improving local search rankings and optimizing WordPress sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive local SEO strategies to increase organic visibility for our HVAC company.

Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimizations to drive traffic and conversions.
Act as a strategic planner, prioritizing tasks, resources, and timelines to achieve measurable marketing and SEO objectives.

Optimize and manage WordPress websites for maximum performance, including page speed, site structure, and user experience.

Utilize link-building skills as well as on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to enhance rankings and drive targeted traffic.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce SEO-friendly content and implement best practices.

Create accurate and timely reporting on SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in local SEO with documented successes in the home services industry (or similar).
Strong proficiency in WordPress (themes, plugins, customizations, etc.).

In-depth understanding of on-page, off-page, link-building, and technical SEO strategies.

Demonstrated ability to plan and execute SEO initiatives strategically, including task prioritization and timeline management.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to communicate with our team over skype and work with me to help my client.



This Job will start off as part-time, and if you are a good fit I want to hire someone full-time.
