YOUTUBE THUMBNAIL DESIGNER (LONG-TERM)

I am looking for an EXPERIENCED YouTube Thumbnail designer who values long-term work relationships for my YouTube channel, @WaldoGPT, which has 780 subscribers at the time of this writing.

WaldoGPT is an educational YouTube channel that focuses on generative AI tools like ChatGPT. The topics covered in my videos include tutorials on ChatGPT, how to write prompts, and reviews of other AI tools. It is a TALKING HEAD style video that leverages SCRIPTED SCREEN RECORDINGS of software. Currently, I am posting only two videos per month but am ramping up to produce four videos per month, which means I will have available up to 4 thumbnail design requests per month or about one per week.

COMPENSATION
I am currently able to pay up $15 USD per Thumbnail depending on experience and results.
Payment is made via Onlinejobs’ EasyPay.
Please note I will be providing design mock-ups for you to follow so there will be no need to spend time researching or coming up with concepts. More details in the Google Slide below.
Currently, I am only asking for one thumbnail but in the near future, I would be asking for two thumbnails per video to do A/B testing.

REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE examples of previously completed thumbnails for other YouTube channels. If you do not have experience creating YouTube thumbnails, please do not apply.
MUST HAVE proficiency with Adobe Photoshop or other professional photo editing app.
Canva and Adobe Express are not recommended.
