We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Recruiter/Sales Representative at our Private Music Teacher Agency. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in connecting talented music educators with students who are eager to learn, fostering meaningful relationships and contributing to the growth of our agency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment: Identify, evaluate, and onboard skilled and passionate music instructors for a variety of instruments and disciplines.
• Sales & Client Engagement: Actively engage with potential clients (parents, students, and schools), understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to match them with the perfect teacher.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both instructors and clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all parties.
• Market Development: Identify opportunities to expand our reach in local communities, driving new student sign-ups and partnerships.
• Administrative Coordination: Oversee contracts, schedules, and communications between teachers and clients to ensure smooth operations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• A background in sales, recruitment, or customer service (experience in the music industry is a bonus).
