As a key member of our team, you will help us streamline business processes and integrate powerful tools to drive operational efficiency. You will work with automation platforms such as Make.com, and GoHighLevel, and voice-like software like Vapi or Retell to create seamless workflows and enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement automation workflows using Make.com, GoHighLevel, Vapi and no-code/low-code programming platforms to optimize business processes.
Integrate databases and handle data manipulation using JSON.
Work with voice-like automation software (Vapi, Retell, or similar) to create customized voice workflows.
Troubleshoot and maintain automated systems to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with other team members to develop new automation strategies and solutions.
Provide recommendations for improving automation efficiency across various platforms.

Requirements:
Proven experience with Make.com, or N8n and GoHighLevel
Solid understanding of database integration and JSON.
Hands-on experience with automation and voice software such as Vapi or Retell.
Experience with no-code and low-code automation programming. ex air table, slack, zapier, API integration
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot automation issues.
Experience working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with WordPress is a bonus.
Familiarity with other automation tools is a plus.
Experience working in dynamic team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
