Marketing Project Lead

Role Overview:
As a Marketing Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our marketing campaigns and initiatives. * Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing potential roadblocks.
* Optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency and ensure timely delivery of all marketing campaigns.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
* A strong foundation in marketing principles and best practices, with the ability to identify and address issues in ad copy, calls to action, and user experience.
* Proven track record of successfully managing complex marketing projects with precision and efficiency.
* Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring quality control across all deliverables.
* Strong communication skills for setting clear goals, delegating tasks, and fostering team collaboration.
* Effective leadership to assign responsibilities and maintain team accountability.

Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of wellness industries
* Experience with digital marketing tools, including CRM, project management, and analytics platforms.
* Creative mindset for enhancing marketing campaign impact and reach.
* Understanding of UX/UI principles in digital marketing.
* Agile or Scrum project management certification is a bonus.
