Internal Sales Agent

Bravio Media is a full-service marketing agency dedicated to helping remodelers grow their businesses. We are seeking an Internal Sales Agent to call and schedule consultations for our partners' leads.

This person MUST be an incredible communicator on the phone and through text in English.

Responsibilities will include:
- Immediate Contact: Respond to new leads within 5 minutes of submission via SMS and phone calls.
- Qualification Process: Use the pre-set scripts to confirm key details, project, budget, time-horizon they are looking to get the job sorted, and other key details our partners may want.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule consultations for leads with the contractor.
- Follow-Ups: Consistently follow up with leads who do not respond or cancel their scheduled consultations.
- Documentation: Log all interactions, updates, and outcomes in the CRM (GHL for SMS, Hot Prospector for calls).
- Statistics Tracking: Fill in your end-of-day metrics in the metrics tracker.

Compensation:
You will receive a base pay plus a performance fee based on the number of consultations you book.
