We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Virtual Appointment Setter & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our growth by managing client communications, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
-Appointment Setting:
Contact prospective clients via phone,
Proactively follow up with leads to maintain engagement and nurture relationships.
Efficiently manage and optimize the scheduling of appointments to maximize productivity.
Record all interactions, follow-ups, and appointments accurately in our CRM system.
-Administrative Support:
Respond promptly to client
Track and organize follow-ups with clients and policy updates.
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and document preparation.
Send reminders, confirmations, and follow-up communications to clients as needed.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in appointment setting, virtual assistance, or customer service (preferred).
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Experience using CRM tools and office applications like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with U.S. time zones and the ability to work flexible hours if required.
