About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching property and jurisdiction information, compiling permit packages, and ensuring all necessary documents are prepared for client signatures. Experience in pre-construction project management is a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Research property details, including parcel numbers, property owners, and jurisdiction information.
- Identify permit requirements for different jurisdictions, specifically for sign permits.
- Gather and compile necessary documents for permit applications.
- Prepare and send permit packages to clients for signatures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all required information is accurate and complete.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience with Adobe PDF Sign for electronic signatures.
- Familiarity with Team Share for document management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Pre-construction project management experience is a plus.
