This vital role involves being the first point of contact for potential clients, gathering critical case information, and ensuring a seamless intake process to support our legal team in delivering exceptional service.
Job Responsibilities
Client Communication:
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone,
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening to potential clients' concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Explain the intake process and answer initial questions about the firm’s services.
Case Evaluation:
• Gather and document detailed case information, including a
• Conduct preliminary assessments to determine if cases meet the firm's criteria for representation.
• Schedule consultations with attorneys when appropriate.
Data Entry & Management:
• Accurately input client data into the firm’s case management software.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all leads and inquiries.
• Follow up with potential clients to obtain missing information or clarify details.
Administrative Support:
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure a smooth transition of cases from intake to active representation.
• Track and report on lead conversion rates and intake performance metrics.
• Monitor and respond promptly to online inquiries through the firm’s website or social media platforms.
Compliance & Confidentiality:
• Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines regarding client confidentiality and data protection.
• Ensure compliance with intake policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in a legal intake role, customer service, or sales (preferably in personal injury law).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes efficiently.
• Proficiency in using case management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Empathy and professionalism when dealing with clients in sensitive or emotional situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with personal injury law and legal terminology.
• Experience working in a remote environment.
