WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Customer Support: Reply to
Order & Inventory Management: Create shipping labels, track orders, and tackle customs-related issues
Listing Maintenance: Help update product listings on Amazon, Etsy, eBay, etc. Verify accuracy and handle reviews or feedback.
Problem-Solving: Identify issues or delays and take the initiative to fix them before they escalate.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Strong written and spoken English is a must.
- You triple-check your work to avoid mistakes.
- Tech-Savvy Comfortable with Google Workspace, and e-commerce platforms.
- Proactive: You don’t wait for instructions when you notice something that needs fixing.
- Friendly: You treat customers and teammates with a positive attitude.
- Has a background in music
- Logistics background is an advantage
