JOB OVERVIEW

I'm seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Virtual Assistant to join my team and support me, the CEO in running multiple businesses.

This role will start as a part-time position of 20 hours per week, with potential for growth into a full-time role.
The ideal candidate will assist with video editing, content creation, scheduling and managing digital content, administrative tasks like booking travel, managing calendars, and creating systems to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Management:

- Edit videos for YouTube, social media, and other platforms.
- Create and schedule content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and newsletters.
- Manage and organize content in Google Drive.

- Administrative Support:

- Book flights, manage travel accommodations, and handle itineraries.
- Maintain and manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Do basic research
- Respond to emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

- Systems Development:
- Assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks.
- Build systems and processes using tools like Kajabi, Zapier, and Google Drive to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

- Project Management:
- Use Monday to track and organize ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other team members as needed.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Drive, Monday, Kajabi, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Zapier.
- Proficient in using A.I Tools for research, content creation
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Creative mindset with experience in video editing and content creation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a creative industry.
- Familiarity with email marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., Kajabi).
- Experience developing SOPs and building scalable systems.


Availability:
This is a part-time remote position, starting at 20 hours per week, starting at $6/hour with the potential to grow into a full-time role. You must be available between the hours of 8am-5pm Pacific Standard Time.
